I like where you were going with this. It's an interesting and skillful presentation of the program. They kill much more coyotes than anything and wolves have only recently been inclining. This is also dangeorus for the pilots. I do not think anyone wants this program to continue. Good way to raise awareness. My rating is mostly based on the awareness reach.

Being thrown into something is always awkward. Try adding an intro an maybe an ending? This gives a good overall what's going on and finish to the idea. Good potential, juts fulfill it.
